Here in Southeastern Montana, the Northern Cheyenne reservation has only 300 members who speak the language, and the Crow reservation has just 4,500 native speakers.

That's why St. Labre and The Language Conservancy (TLC) in Bloomington, IN are developing a full language revitalization program curriculum and language software programs for all class grades to learn to speak their Native languages — and enable them to take advantage of the fluent speakers in their communities.

Your continuing support will help our Native American students receive an exceptional education — and keep the languages and traditions of the Northern Cheyenne and Crow tribes intact for future generations.
